How long have you been in business?
Incredible Journey has been in business since January 2000.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary business is leisure travel.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Because I have lived in Hawaii and have owned property since 1995 our knowledge of the islands is quite immense. As a licensed CPA my attention to detail is paramount to the companies success - this attention to detail has been passed on to all agents that work for the company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Nobody in the Continental United States knows Hawaii, and private home rental like we do. We work with most all management properties on the islands and hand pick the "Best" accommodations based on criteria we deem our clients believe are most important to a successful vacation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one main office with agents working throughout Northern and Southern California.

The main office is located in Applegate California, however, we prefer communication via the internet. We have clients located throughout the world and with the ease and immediate response times with the internet this seems to provide todays busy travelers the most direct form of communication.

We accept personal check, bank transfers, Paypal, and most all credit cards.

Joyce Craddock is the founder and owner of Incredible Journey, she is the person to contact for all administrative needs.
What are your hours of operation?
Normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM PST, however, we are available by appointment and check emails and voice messages 24/7. Essentially we are open seven days a week.
